Explore this interactive dashboard for multiple ways to view survey results and trends from the Academic and Staff Satisfaction Survey, including scores for specific service lines and from various respondent types.

• Select a "Service" from the dropdown menu to see individual ratings for each service line that participated in the survey. When "(All)" is selected, you will see the overall scores for all service lines.
• Use the "Reporting Units" filter to see how members of various university groups rated the services.
• Use “Personnel Category” filters to see how faculty members and academic personnel vs. staff members rated the services.
